Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the ShotSpec online store or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product information and compatibility

We work to keep descriptions, dimensions, images, prices and availability accurate. Espresso-machine compatibility can depend on exact model, generation, basket and portafilter geometry. A nominal size alone does not guarantee fit. Rely on the expressly listed compatible models and fit notes, and contact us before ordering if your model is not listed.

Minor appearance or packaging differences that do not affect function may occur where products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. We will not substitute a materially different product without appropriate notice or remedy.

Orders and pricing

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, delivery is not available to the address, or fraud checks cannot be satisfied.

Third-party fulfilment

We may use third-party suppliers and carriers to store, pack and deliver products. ShotSpec remains responsible to the customer for the products sold through this store and will not require a customer to pursue a supplier for a remedy that ShotSpec must provide.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order was placed. Contact us through the store contact page with questions or disputes.
