How do I choose the right accessory size?

Start with your machine and basket family, then check the exact variant before ordering. Our fit guide covers the current 51 mm, Breville/Sage 54 mm and 58 mm/E61 options. If you use an aftermarket basket or portafilter, follow the basket maker’s sizing guidance.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping is A$9.95 for orders below A$100 and free for orders of A$100 or more after discounts. International customers may see Shopify convert prices into a local currency.

How long does fulfilment take?

Allow 1–5 business days for supplier processing before dispatch. Transit time varies by destination, carrier, customs and remote-area delivery. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Can items from one order arrive separately?

Yes. Products can be fulfilled separately, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel.

What if I am not sure whether a tamper or funnel will fit?

Contact us before ordering with the exact machine model and, if relevant, the basket or portafilter you use. We would rather check the fit than have you guess.

What is the difference between a dosing funnel, WDT tool and tamper?

A dosing funnel helps keep grounds in the basket, a WDT tool breaks up clumps and redistributes coffee before tamping, and a tamper compresses the coffee into a level puck. Our buyer guide explains when each tool is useful.
