ShotSpec ships to Australian addresses from fulfilment partners in China.

Shipping charges

Tracked shipping is A$9.95 for orders below A$100 and free for orders of A$100 or more, calculated after discounts.

Processing and delivery

Allow 1–5 business days for supplier processing before dispatch. Standard accessories have an estimated carrier transit of 6–19 days after dispatch. The Shot Timer Espresso Scale has an estimated transit of 8–17 days after dispatch.

These estimates are based on available supplier shipping services and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs, carrier congestion and remote destinations can extend transit to 25 business days or more. If your order has not arrived within its estimated window, contact us so we can investigate. We will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable, if we cannot supply your order within a reasonable time.

Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. We provide tracking after dispatch; tracking can take several days to show movement.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before paying. Contact us promptly with your order number if an address is wrong or a parcel appears lost. Changes may not be possible after fulfilment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where lawful. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
