Shipping policy

ShotSpec currently ships to Australian addresses. Products may be dispatched directly by an overseas fulfilment partner.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders normally require 1–5 business days for supplier processing before dispatch. The delivery estimate shown for a product or at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Internationally fulfilled parcels commonly require approximately 7–25 business days after dispatch, but customs, carrier congestion, remote destinations and events outside our control can cause delays.

Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided when available and can take several days after dispatch to begin showing movement.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; changes are not always possible once fulfilment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where lawful.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the estimated delivery window has materially passed, contact us through the store contact page. If we cannot supply an order within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate solution such as replacement or refund.

Any shipping price and free-shipping threshold displayed at checkout takes precedence over general promotional wording elsewhere on the site.
