ShotSpec ships to supported destinations worldwide.

Shipping charges

Tracked shipping is A$9.95 for orders below A$100 and free for orders of A$100 or more, calculated after discounts. International customers may see prices converted into their local currency by Shopify.

Processing and delivery

Allow 1–5 business days for supplier processing before dispatch. Transit time varies by destination, carrier service, customs processing and remote-area delivery.

Tracking is provided after dispatch and can take several days to begin showing movement. Delivery estimates shown by the store, checkout or carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels because products can be fulfilled separately.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are outside ShotSpec’s control.

Delivery problems

Check your address carefully before paying. If an address is wrong, tracking has stopped for an unusual period, or a parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Nothing on this page limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
